5 Steps to Generating Qualified Leads

We’re recommending your company & products to buyers & media leading up to & at the PGA Show to help you generate more qualified leads.

 

Step 1

Update your company listing in the Exhibitor Dashboard.

Pro Tip: The more information you add to your listing, the more likely you’ll be recommended to attendees looking for the products & services you offer. Complete company listings will catch the eye of attendees & media as they browse the exhibitor list—this includes logos, company descriptions, website links, product categories & facility type.

Answer the following questions in the Exhibitor Dashboard to ENSURE your company is matched to the most qualified potential customers:

  • Product Categories - Select the main categories your company offers - this will help us recommend your company & products to attendees who've shown interest in your product categories.
  • Facilty Interest - What type of facility are you looking to establish relationships with? You can select up to 3 types.
  • Do you currently do business with domestic or international facilities/businesses?

 

Step 2 

Attendees get recommendations of who to visit at the show. They also favorite exhibitors from their Mobile App.

Pro Tip: Leads appear in your Exhibitor Dashboard when attendees are logged into the Mobile App and hit “add to favorites” button within your online/mobile company listing. This not only saves your company to their list of favorites but also generates a lead for you!

Step 3

Check your leads through the Exhibitor Dashboard

Pro Tip: You can start receiving leads through your online company listing the moment you sign up to be an exhibitor. Be sure to use the Exhibitor Dashboard to check your leads frequently, set appointments, connect with attendees & more.

 

Step 4

Collect leads at the show with the Emperia Lead Retrieval App.

 

Step 5 

Follow up with leads immediately after the show.

Pro Tip: After the show, you can quickly download your leads & upload them to your CRM for a timely follow-up.

Your company’s main contact will receive a link to view your leads after the show.
