LAST THINGS TO DO BEFORE THE PGA SHOW

Now that your listing is up-to-date & complete, it’s time to focus on driving more traffic to your booth at the PGA Show. Add any celebrity appearances special events, and show specials happening at your booth so attendees can plan to stop by your booth!

Plus—don’t forget to check your leads leading up to the PGA Show.

Check Your Leads

When attendees click the star button to your favorite company, not only does that add your company to their list of favorite exhibitors in the Mobile App, but it also generates a lead for your company.

Step 1: Click “Leads” at the top of your Exhibitor Dashboard to view your leads.

Add Show Specials

How to Add Show Specials

Step 1: Click the “Show Specials” link in the Exhibitor Dashboard: Quick Links.

Step 2: Click on the “Add New” button.

Step 3: Add the name of your show special and a description. You can also add an image to your show special by clicking the “Select File” button under the Image section and selecting an image to upload.

Step 4: Choose the “Show Special Type” and “Show Special Category” that corresponds with your show special.

Step 5: Click the “Save” button.

How to Add Guest Appearances & Events

Step 1: Click the “Guest Appearances & Events” link in the Exhibitor Dashboard: Quick Links.

Step 2: Click on the “Add New” button.

Step 3: Add the name of your guest appearance/event and description. You can also add an image to your guest appearance/event by clicking the “Select File” button under the Image section and selecting an image to upload.

Step 4: Choose a “Start Date” and “Start Time” of the event.

NOTE: Time is in 24 hour format (i.e. an event that starts at 1:00pm should be listed as 13:00).

Step 5: Choose an event category.

Step 6: Click the “Save” button.
