How many PGA Shows have you attended in Orlando, and what’s the best thing about that event? I have attended at least 10 PGA Shows in Orlando. The best thing about the event is learning about the new technological advancements in golf, catching up with colleagues in the industry and the educational opportunities. You can feel the energy and excitement about the game of golf in the convention center.

In five words or less, what is your motto? To inspire others.

At what moment did you realize you wanted to pursue a career in golf? I always wanted to be involved in athletics. By mid high school, I really fell in love with the game and wanted to play college golf and even beyond. At that point, I knew I wanted a career in golf whether it was playing professionally on tour or teaching and becoming a PGA Professional.

What’s the strangest thing you’ve ever seen on a golf course? Some golf swings. But hey, swing your swing.

What inspires you? I strive for others to love the game as much as I do.

What has been your greatest career accomplishment? Winning the inaugural 2019 Women’s PGA Professional Player of the Year.

What advice would you give someone who is considering a career in golf? An engaging and passionate golf professional can enjoy a very successful and fulfilling career in the golf industry. Strive to be a well-rounded professional who competes, teaches and can run a seamless operation. Find a network of mentors and constantly bounce ideas off of them.
