USING WIRELESS MICS/CAMERAS
Using Wireless Microphones, IFB/IEM, Wireless Intercoms, or Wireless Video Cameras
All exhibitors and media using wireless microphones, IFB/IEM, wireless intercoms, or wireless video cameras are required to coordinate frequencies for RF wireless gear operating in the VHF and UHF ranges (approximately 75 MHz to 944 MHz).
Please note that equipment in the GHz range, such as 2.4 GHz devices or Rode products, is not our current focus. Our emphasis is on wireless gear from brands like Sennheiser, Shure, Lectrosonics, ENG bags, and news reporter crews.
This service is provided at no cost to exhibitors and media through Professional Wireless Systems (PWS).
Professional Wireless staff will be on-site at the OCCC to address any frequency coordination questions or issues.
Radio frequency coordination helps reduce interference during live broadcasts and among exhibits hosting live in-booth special events, and it is offered at no charge to exhibitors and media.
