Who can attend PGA Show Demo Day?
The PGA Show is a trade-only event for qualified golf industry professionals ONLY. Attendance at the PGA Show Demo Day is RESTRICTED to PGA Professionals and affiliates of the golf industry (buyers & sellers of golf related products and services).

PGA Show Demo Day Hours Strictly Enforced
Will badges be mailed in advance of the PGA Show?
You will not receive a badge in the mail. You will receive an e-badge via email which you can print and bring onsite to the "Already Registered" Counter at the Orange County Convention Center to have your badge printed.
What are the refund and cancellation policies?
- All cancellation requests are subject to review and will not be processed until (2) weeks after the PGA Show ends.
- Supplier Fees are non-refundable.
- Attendee Fees are non-refundable.
- Cancellations must be in writing and all badges/confirmations must be returned before a refund can be processed.
- Cancellations have the option of rolling over any payment towards 2022 PGA Show Education Programs or returned and assessed a $100 cancellation administration fee.
- Conferees assume all risks incidental to participation in all activities, loss or damage to property, and release management, its employees and agents against any claims.

Will badges be mailed in advance of the PGA Show?
The PGA Show provides you with two planning tools to help you get the most out of your PGA Show experience. With the PGA Show Mobile App, you can login to your account and search & save exhibitors & products, view your personalized recommendations, connect with attendees, view special events & celebrity appearances, and more—all through your mobile device! However, before the app is live in the App Store and Google Play, you can utilize the online directory through the website to browse exhibitors, products, sessions and events (no login required).

I am a High School or College Student – how do I register for the 2021 PGA Show?
Visitors may only be registered onsite at the PGA Show by a registered attendee. A $195 ($750 for suppliers & non-exhibiting manufacturers) visitor’s fee will be applied. All children over 12 must have badges and pay the $195 visitor’s fee.
PGA, LPGA & International PGA Professionals may register up to 4 guests prior to the PGA Show, at no cost.
What is the dress code?
While there isn't an official dress code for the PGA Show, here are a few suggestions from prior PGA Show attendees and the PGA Show team:
Comfortable Shoes—with 1,000 exhibitors to see across over 600,000 square feet of exhibit space, make sure you've got comfortable walking shoes in your suitcase!
Dress in Layers—from PGA Show Demo Day to the PGA Show floor, you can go from hot to cold quickly, so be sure to dress in layers to stay comfortable regardless of where you are.
How long does it take to walk the PGA Show floor?
Walk up and down every aisle and you'll cover more than 10 miles, or 600,000+ square feet of exhibit space! Plan at least 2 full days to cover the PGA Show floor from top to bottom, and don't forget to wear comfortable walking shoes.
Where can I get a wheelchair or mobile scooter for the PGA Show?
Scooter and Wheelchair Rentals are available by contacting Scootaround Inc. toll-free at 1-888-441-7575, by email at [email protected], or through their website at www.scootaround.com. Equipment will be available for pickup at FedEx Kinko's in the Orange County Convention Center. Ordering in advance is strongly encouraged.
Is shuttle service provided?
Complimentary shuttle service is provided throughout the PGA Show. Check back soon for the shuttle schedule.
What is the address of the Orange County Convention Center & where can I find directions?

Where do I park at the Convention Center?
Security personnel and highway signage on International Drive will direct you to parking based on availability in each lot. All official PGA Show parking locations require a $15 parking fee per entry. Plan to arrive at the Convention Center early to allow ample time for parking.

MEDIA REGISTRATION POLICY
PGA Worldwide Golf Exhibitions welcomes established media to PGA Show events and will provide approved media with a complimentary media badge. Each media badge is issued individually and is non-transferable. Media may apply in advance for a media badge online (recommended) or on site in the PGA Show Media Center.
Approval: Approval of media credentials is at the sole discretion of PGA Worldwide Golf Exhibitions. Registrations submitted that do not meet requirement criteria will not be admitted to the Show.
Badge Types: PGA Shows offers editorial (reporting) and non-editorial (non-reporting) media badges. Both provide access to the PGA Show Floor general programming and exhibits during regular Show hours. Editorial media have priority access to PGA Show and exhibitor hosted news/media events. View detailed information regarding editorial and non-editorial media badges.
Eligibility: Each type of media badge has a "proof of eligibility" requirement that must be met to ensure a professional business environment at PGA Shows. First-time media attendees and media without updated credentials on file with PGA Worldwide Golf Exhibitions are encouraged to submit registration and the “proof of eligibility” requirement in advance instead of registering on site.
Editorial Media Coverage Regulations: Coverage is welcomed and permitted under regulations designed to provide a professional business environment at PGA Shows events. View detailed information regarding editorial media coverage regulations.
Radio Frequency Requirement: Media utilizing frequency-modulated devices such as wireless cameras, microphones, IFB/IEM, intercoms, etc. - are required to request a radio frequency. Request a radio frequency here (coming soon).
Exhibitor Contact: The PGA Show registered editorial media list will be made available to requesting exhibiting companies. Media on the list should expect to receive pre- and post-show announcements from exhibitors. Editorial media will have the option of opting out of this list during the registration process.
