Please note: Admission is for PGA Professionals, their families, guests and those in the golf industry. THE SHOW IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. An adult must accompany all minors at all times. Child care is not provided on-site. Children over 12 must have a badge and pay a $50 guest fee. Admission to the exhibits, conferences and special events will be by badge only, which may be obtained in the registration area. The on-site registration fee is $50.00 per person, in addition to any other applicable fees. No on-site fees apply to PGA Members and Family.

Shuttle transportation is strongly encouraged as parking is restricted. All vehicles will be directed to the auxiliary parking lot located ½ mile away, with continuous shuttle service throughout the day to and from Orange County National Golf Center and Lodge (OCN).

Every 20 minutes from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

From Thursday, January 27 – Saturday, January 29
Complimentary shuttle buses provided to and from official PGA Merchandise Show hotels (except the Rosen Centre, Rosen Plaza, Hilton Orlando, and Peabody Orlando hotels which are within walking distance) and the Orange County Convention Center.We strongly recommend use of shuttle service to reduce traffic.

Special Events and Specialty Areas

Indoor Demo Days at the Equipment Test Center (ETC)
Located adjacent to the PGA Forum in the Equipment Section.
The Indoor Demo Days at the ETC features the country’s largest indoor golf range equipment test center. Attendees will experience hands-on testing of the newest equipment and the latest advances in technology and design from leading golf manufacturers. This massive indoor golf range comprises a scalloped layout of some 47 hitting bays, a putting green and a PGA Short Game Challenge Area.

PGA Section Short Game Challenge
Located adjacent to the equipment section in front of hitting bays one and two.
PGA Professionals and apprentices have the opportunity to compete in the PGA Section Short Game Challenge. Each competitor will be allowed two putts and two chips with the total distance of all putts and chips used to determine each day’s final results. Prize money will be paid to the winning PGA Sections on a daily basis.

Discover New Companies all in one location!
Located in the Products & Services section between aisles 3500 and 3800, along the front aisle.
Companies new to the PGA Show garner the attention of retailers looking for fresh, new merchandise and this year many of those new companies will be easier to find in the “New Exhibitor Discovery Zone.”

New Product Center
Located in front of the Products & Services section in the middle of the New Exhibitor Discovery Zone between aisles 3500 and 3800.
This is where to find new products conveniently located in one place.

PGA Equipment Forum Stage
Located adjacent to Indoor Demo Days.
A specially crafted stage provides the industry with an “inside look” at the business of golf presented by a full body of professionals at the local, national and international level.Program topics are designed to provide a concentrated kaleidoscope of benefits tailored to facilitate “Building a Blueprint for Success in Challenging Times” through key initiatives on new equipment introductions, teaching best practices, merchandising ideas and much more. The PGA Equipment Forum provides the pulse point on the business of golf.

Pro-Pro Tournaments - Presented by PGA Magazine
The Pro-Pro Tournaments feature PGA Professionals going head to head with purses ranging up to $4,000. The tournaments feature more than 100 players and are located at the most prestigious golf courses Orlando has to offer. For more details go to www.nfpga.com or www.pgalinks.com.

Career Fair
Located on the Show floor in the Products & Services section, booth #2273.
The 2011 PGA Merchandise Show Career Fair is designed to connect qualified industry professionals with job opportunities.

2011 AGM Retail Conference
Located in Room 340 A-D.
The Annual Association of Golf Merchandisers will hold its Annual Retail Conference and Luncheon on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at the Orange County Convention Center. AGM Product Preview & Reception, January 26
Located in Room 330 A-G.
Taking place on the eve of the Show opening, January 26. The Association of Golf Merchandisers will host the 3rd Annual Product Preview & Reception. This special event features a product preview by AGM vendor partners and an industry reception with entertainment by the band “One Flew South” and presentation of Golf World’s Top 100 Golf Shops.

Coat & Camera Check Room
For your convenience, a checkroom is located in Room W223. The checkroom will be attended only during Show hours. Items checked must be claimed each day before the closing of the Show floor doors. Non-official media cameras must be checked. PGA Golf Exhibitions is not responsible for items left in the checkroom or left overnight.

Lost and Found
Please return all lost items to the PGA Golf Exhibitions Show Office located in Room W315. Phone: 407-685-5000.

PGA of America Services
PGA Member Business Center is located on the 4th floor in the Valencia Room.

Show Office
The Show Office is located in Room W315 on the 3rd Level. This office will be staffed and operational during Show hours.
